DELIVERY INFORMATION

At M+Co Living, we use our in-house delivery team for all deliveries to Metro Melbourne. All orders require a signature on delivery, unless we are instructed otherwise (i.e. to leave your order at your door) prior to delivery. A member of our Customer Care team will be in touch with you directly to organise a delivery day and time. If you have a particular delivery date in mind, please note this during the check out process and our team will endeavour to make this happen. However, on some occasions this may not be possible and we will find the next suitable date to get the products to you.

For deliveries to Regional VIC or other Australian Capital Cities we use quality 3rd party transport companies. At all times, we ensure premium delivery services, so our products reach your door safely. 

For our partner courier deliveries, information about your dispatch will be emailed to you when your item leaves our warehouse, including your tracking number. Our courier company will then also contact you by text or email prior to delivery to advise you of your delivery date. All orders require a signature on delivery, unless we are instructed otherwise (i.e. to leave your order at your door) prior to delivery.

Delivery costs are quoted at the time of purchase or as advised during correspondence with M+Co Living. All deliveries take place in normal business hours Monday to Friday. 

Contactless click & collect is available from our Dingley Village warehouse for Metro Melbourne orders. Please ensure you tick this service during the checkout process and a member of our team will be in touch to organise. Australian ID will be required upon pick up to verify your order collection. 

In the case that any products you purchase require a 2-man service (such as Large & heavy items) we will aim to deliver these items safely to the room of your choice (providing no access issues and it is safe for our delivery crew to do so). We will be in touch with you directly to ensure we can deliver your items into your designated room safely and seamlessly. You must state all requirements to carry products up or down stairs and make us aware of any difficulties likely to be encountered during delivery. 

Please note failure to disclose, at the time of placing your order or liaising with our Customer Care team, any potential difficulties such as and not limited to the examples quoted above, may result in us only being able to provide the basic ground floor/front door delivery service for some or all of your products.  M+Co Living reserves the right to charge additional fees in the event delivery is more complex than stated at the time the Customer placed the order.  

Please note if the delivery crew feel it is unsafe for them to take it to a particular room, upstairs, small area,etc. and/or without doing potential damages to walls/flooring, at their discretion, they can refuse the room of choice delivery. 

Please note large and heavy items cannot be left in a safe place and someone will need to be at home to take the delivery. 

 

 

M+Co Living can provide an installation and rubbish removal service on the day of delivery in Metro Melbourne areas at an additional cost. If requested during checkout this will be charged as an additional cost and a member of our team will be in touch with you to advise of this service cost and take payment.  

Once a delivery has been dispatched, any re-scheduling by the Customer may incur a re-delivery charge.  No refunds of delivery and/or Installation & rubbish Removal services will be made after the order has been dispatched.
